Bachelor's degree with appropriate experience in healthcare equivalent to Master's degree level
Considerable knowledge of acute long-term care management or non-acute long-term healthcare management, as applicable, including the integration of diverse patient care, support services and medical staff. Thorough knowledge of common business practices and processes (e.g. budgeting, planning and human resource management)
Proven and seasoned human relations skills which include selection, coaching and development of management staff
Skilled in administration, public relations and financial management
Licensure, Registration, Certification
Alabama Nursing Home Administrator's license
Desired Qualifications
Proven skills as demonstrated through background as senior management in a healthcare environment
Licensure, Registration, Certification
Diplomat, American College of Healthcare Executives-(ACHE)
Responsibilities
Provides leadership, direction and administration for operation of facility in accordance with IHS standards of quality, efficiency and desired outcomes.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
